The Firm was founded by advocates Matan Shok-Shaked and Dor Nachman, who both have an extensive experience and knowledge in the boutique and niche fields that the Firm practices.

Attorney Matan Shok-Shaked holds a master’s degree in law (L.L.M) from Hebrew University in Israel and from Georgetown University in the United States.
Attorney Matan Shok-Shaked worked for six years in one of the largest leading law Firms in Israel in the fields of intellectual property and technology while in 2010 Attorney Matan Shok-Shaked founded his own independent firm.
Attorney Matan Shok-Shaked serves as a Joint Chairman of the Intellectual Property Committee at the Israeli Bar Association (Tel Aviv District) and he also lectures on the topics of intellectual property, internet and technology in academic institutions.
Attorney Dor Nachman is a certified mediator and holds a cum laude bachelor’s degree in law (L.L.B.) from Bar-Ilan University. In addition he has participated in various advanced study courses in the subjects of intellectual property, technology, internet, business law, mediation and labor laws.
In 2011 Attorney Dor Nachman founded his own independent firm. In light of his experience garnered from many years working in international high-tech companies (in both technological and business-commercial roles), Attorney Dor Nachman offers a unique and valuable service, expressed by the combination of his knowledge and experience in the three fields of business-commercial, technology and in the areas of law practiced by him.
Attorney Dor Nachman serves as the Deputy Chairman of the Cyber and Internet Committee at the Israeli Bar Association (National), as the Chairman of the Intellectual Property Committee at the Israeli Bar Association (Tel Aviv District), as the Vice Chairman of the Cyber and social networks Committee at the Israeli Bar Association (Tel Aviv District), and as the Vice Chairman of the Intellectual Property Committee at the Israeli Bar Association (National). He also lectures entrepreneurs, startups and business owners on the topics of intellectual property, entrepreneurship, internet and technology.
In addition, until recently Attorney Dor Nachman served as a board member of the Israeli Internet Association (a registered nonprofit association).

Chairman of the Intellectual Property Committee at the Israeli Bar Association (Tel Aviv District) – Advocate Dor Nachman, a managing partner of the Firm, serves as the Chairman of the Intellectual Property Committee at the Israeli Bar Association (Tel Aviv District). In the framework of the his work in the committee in the past, Advocate Nachman initiated a number of special projects, such as lightning talks to startups, lectures on intellectual property matters to social entrepreneurs, and more.
2. Chairman of the Internet and New-Media Committee at the Israeli Bar Association (Tel Aviv District) – Advocate Dor Nachman, a managing partner of the Firm, serves as the Chairman of the Internet and New-Media Committee at the Israeli Bar Association (Tel Aviv District).
3. Deputy Chairman of the Intellectual Property Committee at the Israeli Bar Association (National) – Advocate Dor Nachman, a managing partner of the Firm, serves as the Deputy Chairman of the Intellectual Property Committee at the Israeli Bar Association (National).
4. The False Complaints Committee at the Israeli Bar Association (Tel Aviv District) – Advocate Matan Shok-Shaked, a managing partner of the Firm, is a member of the False Complaints Committee at the Israeli Bar Association (Tel Aviv District).
5. The Libel Laws Committee at the Israeli Bar Association (Tel Aviv District) – Advocate Matan Shok-Shaked, a managing partner of the Firm, is a member of the Libel Laws Committee at the Israeli Bar Association (Tel Aviv District).
3. The Israeli Internet Association– Advocate Dor Nachman, a managing partner of the Firm, was chosen to serve as a board member of the Israeli Internet Association (a registered nonprofit association).
4. The Tel-Aviv Jaffa Municipality’s Social Entrepreneurship Program, in conjunction with Presentense – Advocate Dor Nachman, a managing partner of the Firm, was a member of the steering committee for the social entrepreneurship program and he also served as mentor for one of the social ventures.
5. Legal Accompaniment and Mentoring for Social Entrepreneurs – as an inseparable part of the Firm’s activities, the Firm’s partners provide pro-bono legal accompaniment to a variety of social ventures and social entrepreneurs.
